So aerialesque and I are looking for some good co-op games for the PS3. Resident Evil 5 and MGS 4 have already been beaten, so what might be something else we'd enjoy? We are pretty much up for anything other than more fighting games (have enough of those to keep us occupied) and racing games (since I'm the only one that likes them). Suggestions?

This was my Wednesday night. Innerpartysystem concert. Hell. Yes.





Frickin amazing show. They're incredibly good live, and their lighting effects are fantastic. Setlist was so solid. I've been jacked for this for weeks and they did not disappoint. I'm still all excited from the show. Maaaaaaaaaaan such a good performance. Can't wait to see them again!

Saw the Graduate tonight in Madison, WI with Batto/Nate, senshimamoru, and aerialesque. We had epic adventures in the city and got to see a great show. So happy they were able to come up. Definitely an awesome start to what should be a kickass week. :)

New The Graduate Single - "Don't Die Digging"

These boys have so much new stuff going on. This track is so solid. Sound is maturing, and I can't wait to see what else is coming down the pipe. They're seriously gearing up to top 'Anhedonia'. Pumped to see them next month. It'll be my seventh time seeing them, and I'm still just as excited as the first time. :)

EDIT: The InnerPartySystem show is on Nov 18th when I thought it was on the 15th. Ghaaaaa. However, maybe we can still make this happen...

Had my first real 5k test this morning. Rowed a 2:10.5, and after comparing that to where I was this time last year, it makes sense and is about where I should be. By this point in the season last fall, we already had three 5k tests, and my best on the last one was a 2:07.9. Goal is to get back down there this year, and I'd say I have about a month or so to do it. We'll see how it goes. :O All nasty and sweaty now though, gotta shower!

I love me some post-rock in the morning. :3

As I was making lunch, I realized that I have a lot of brand loyalty to Jif peanut butter and Welch's grape jelly. Random, I know, but delicious. :O

Busy first week of school, rowing, and work. A bunch of my friends quit crew, so that's a little disheartening. It happens every year, but it still sucks. This week has been heavy on novice recruiting for rowing so hopefully now I can sit back and focus on some other things. It was nice going into work and catching up yesterday. Yay three day weekend.

My new transmitter for my car came in. Having trouble getting the damned thing programmed though. >:O

Also, anybody interested in seeing Paramore at the House of Blues in Chicago on October 10th? Dusti and I are thinking of going, just need to figure out a driving situation since I have a regatta in Rockford the next day. :x

Took the Integra into the shop this morning for a check-up. Just taking preventative measures before things get too bad. I asked them to look at my fuel filter, transmission fluid, rotors, and heat shield specifically. Probably going to end up replacing a couple different things, then trying to figure out how to budget the rest of it over the next few months. Just need to get this stuff done before the awful Milwaukee winter rolls in.

EDIT: Got the rear rotors, brake pads, and calipers replaced. They were a couple other small things, but those were the priorities, and the rest I'll keep chipping away at as I can afford it. I knew I needed new tires, and the mechanic echoed that for sure. That'll probably be the next thing I try to tackle. Have to beat the snow.
